HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE  YOUR PURCHASE

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with the choice they have made. Our policy lasts 7 days. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or the delivered product does not match with your expectations, or you find a manufacturing defect, you have the right to return your order within 7 days from the date the goods have been signed for to the address below.

If 7 days have gone by since you received your package, and you have not notified us with your request for a return, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The notice of contract cancellation must be given in writing, stating your full name and order ID as subject reference to Client Care and request a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number).

You must return the product(s) to us in a new and unused condition, with the original label and tags still intact, also IMALINZ and in the original packaging which is part of the product.

If you want us to arrange Fan Courier(Romania) or DHL Express (Rest of The World) for you to return your item/s, the cost of 10 Euros for Romania and 40 Euros for the Rest of The World, will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of the items at our warehouse.

If you wish to arrange the return yourself, please ensure that you use a tracked and signed for service, with a courier or a registered postal service to send back the goods. We suggest that you insure the goods as they are within your care and you are liable for any damages to the goods while in transit back to us. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt or consignment note.

Return items not accompanied by a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) will not be accepted. Request one

Please note that IMALINZ prices do not include custom duties and additional charges may be levied by your local tax office. Should you fail to clear the order through local customs and pay the relevant duties the goods will be returned to IMALINZ and a refund less the costs of returning the goods (shipping plus any associated duties) to IMALINZ will be automatically made to the card used to purchase the order upon receipt of the goods. We will issue you with a refund for your order excluding shipping costs and any associated duties charged to IMALINZ.

IMALINZ will contact you within 5 days (with the exception of weekends and public holidays) of receipt of the returned goods. A refund or credit note (less shipping costs if Fan Courier or DHL label is used) will be issued, subject to the returned goods meeting the conditions listed in the paragraph above.

Please allow 7 to 10 working days for your refund. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

SALE & DISCOUNT ITEMS Only regular priced items may be returned / refunded. We do not accept returns on items that are discounted or on sale. Please contact Client Care if you have any further questions.

PERSONALISED ITEMS Personalised products cannot be returned or refunded. Once the order has been sent by the customer and confirmed by IMALINZ, the customer will be informed via an order confirmation email. Once the order is processed and accepted, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email. Personalised items may be delivered in a time slot indicated on the site which may be longer than regular delivery slots. Because of the clearly personalized nature of personalised products and the fact that they are produced specifically for the customer, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Similar, the customer does not have the right to cancel the order.

REPEATED RETURNS We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused and lead to the closure of your IMALINZ account.

LATE RETURNS Your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days from the date the goods have been signed for. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

FAULTY GOODS Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty. As every Baroque Pearl is unique, we try to match the pairs pearls as best as possible. However, there will be slight variations in size and shape which will not considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 7 days from the date the goods have been signed for.

REPAIRS We assure you that our craftsmanship adheres to the highest standards, and we provide repair services for all items crafted by IMALINZ. Before sending your item, kindly reach out to our Client Care team for assistance with your servicing needs. We take pride in delivering continuous premium service, offering a full lifetime warranty on repairs, with detailed information on associated costs.
