IMALINZ’s (“IMALINZ” “we” “us”) website(s) (our “Site” or “Sites”) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service, and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively, the “TOS”). Please read the TOS carefully before placing any orders on www.imalinz.com. We recommend you should keep a copy of the TOS for future reference.
IMALINZ is a trading name of IMALINZ WORLD SRL, Cuza Voda D4B, Door 1, Deva – Hunedoara, a company registered in Romania under registration number J20/641/2024. Our VAT number is RO50026171.
We may modify the TOS from time to time. Please read the TOS and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
PLACING AN ORDER
By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.
Please note that not all items are in stock. This is why it may take from 6 to 10 working days for us to create and dispatch your order. The number of days for shipping will be calculated from the time the order is completed.
If your item is in stock than we have 48 hour perior where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to customers on the Waiting List.
If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site.
IMALINZ will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.
ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that IMALINZ does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. For more informations see PLACING AN ORDER.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on IMALINZ. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
PRICING POLICY
Prices shown on the Site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.
From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are not included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
Personalised products cannot be returned or refunded. Once the order has been sent by the customer and confirmed by IMALINZ, the customer will be informed via an order confirmation email. Once the order is processed and accepted, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email. Personalised items may be delivered in a time slot indicated on the site which may be longer than regular delivery slots. Because of the clearly personalized nature of personalised products and the fact that they are produced specifically for the customer, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Similar, the customer does not have the right to cancel the order.
PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, which clearly are advertised on the Site. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to IMALINZ.COM
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account once you place the order. You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit card to use it. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to IMALINZ, your order will be cancelled.
The customer agrees that invoices from IMALINZ can be transmitted electronically.
All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using www.plationline.ro, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
IMALINZ use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. IMALINZ online shop secures communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the Thawte icon at checkout. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
DELIVERY
Our shipping partner is DHL Express. Please note that not all items are in stock. This is why it may take up to 10 working days for us to create and dispatch your order. The number of days for shipping will be calculated from the time the order is completed. If your item is in stock than we have 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. All orders are fully traceable on the Website or DHL.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with the choice they have made.
Our policy lasts 7 days.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or the delivered product does not match with your expectations, or you find a manufacturing defect, you have the right to return your order within 7 days from the date the goods have been signed for to the address below.
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for custom products.
If 7 days have gone by since you received your package, and you have not notified us with your request for a return, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The notice of contract cancellation must be given in writing, stating your full name and order ID as subject reference to clientcare@imalinz.com and request a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number).
You must return the product(s) to us in a new and unused condition, with the original label and tags still intact, also IMALINZ Book and in the original bag and packaging which is part of the product.
If you want us to arrange DHL Express for you to return your items, the cost of 40 Euros will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of the items at our warehouse.
If you wish to arrange the return yourself, please ensure that you use a tracked and signed for service, with a courier or a registered postal service to send back the goods. We suggest that you insure the goods as they are within your care and you are liable for any damages to the goods while in transit back to us. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt or consignment note. Return items not accompanied by a filled out Returns Form and RAN will not be accepted.
Please note that IMALINZ prices do not include custom duties and additional charges may be levied by your local tax office.
Should you fail to clear the order through local customs and pay the relevant duties the goods will be returned to IMALINZ and a refund less the costs of returning the goods (shipping plus any associated duties) to IMALINZ will be automatically made to the card used to purchase the order upon receipt of the goods. We will issue you with a refund for your order excluding shipping costs and any associated duties charged to IMALINZ.
IMALINZ will contact you within 5 days (with the exception of weekends and public holidays) of receipt of the returned goods.
A refund or credit note (less shipping costs if the DHL label is used) will be issued, subject to the returned goods meeting the conditions listed in the paragraph above. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for your refund.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
If you would like to exchange an item, choose your replacement size or model, contact our Client Service Team by emailing clientcare@imalinz.com and pay for a new shipping.
SALE & DISCOUNT ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be returned / refunded. We do not accept returns on items that are discounted or on sale.

REPEATED RETURNS
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused and lead to the closure of your IMALINZ account.
LATE RETURNS
Your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days from the date the goods have been signed for. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described.
Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
As every Baroque Pearl is unique, we try to match the pairs pearls as best as possible. However, there will be slight variations in size and shape which will not considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 7 days from the date the goods have been signed for.
GIFT CARDS
IMALINZ Printed and Virtual Gift Cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase;
Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the the www.imalinz.com;
Gift Cards are non-transferable, and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
IMALINZ is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
IMALINZ is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
IMALINZ reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.
Shipping is applicable on Printed Gift Cards.
PROMOTION CODES
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

VIOLATION OF RULES
IMALINZ reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
COMPLAINTS AND GOVERNING LAW
If you have a complaint about us email clientcare@imalinz.com giving full details including date of purchase and order reference number where applicable and your full name and address and contact details. The TOS together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the Romanian law and the relevant court of Romania will have exclusive jurisdiction.
